Eco-Bahia foundation Reaffirms Its Leadership in Sustainability at Key Summit in Santo Domingo
Eco-Bahia foundation, the environmental arm of Grupo Piñero, actively participated in the Sustainable Trends Summit held in Santo Domingo, establishing itself as a benchmark in corporate sustainability and regenerative tourism in the Dominican Republic.

During the panel "Tourism and Sustainability," Alex Matás, director of Eco-Bahia foundation in the Dominican Republic, shared the organization’s goals, progress, and results in the country. His presentation covered the foundation’s impact on conserving the natural environment, as well as its educational and community initiatives aimed at fostering a sustainable and regenerative tourism model.
